On Wednesday, the Fed decided to put an anticipated rate hike on hold for at least another month. The planned hike was curbed due to the recent volatility experienced in the market. Although the job market has been resilient during this weakened economic period, broader economic factors have caused a period of increased market volatility, measured by the VIX index. U.S stocks have rebounded in the past month, mainly due to improving data, rising oil prices and an accommodative stance by central banks around the world.

Barrons 2016Joseph Janiczek has once again been named to Barron’s Top Financial list for 2016. In the March 5th, 2016 issue Barron’s named Mr. Janiczek one of America’s top financial advisors, in fact one of the top 14 in Colorado.  The rankings are based on data provided by over 4,000 of the nation’s most productive advisors. Factors included in the rankings: assets under management, revenue produced for the firm, regulatory record, quality of practice and philanthropic work.

We recently hosted an expert team of six highly regarded advisors to have an open discussion and brainstorming session focused on how best to serve successful families, Brady Blog 03.04along with the inevitable complexities and nuances of managing different aspects of their significant wealth.  Among this group included specialized experts exclusively serving financially successful families, business owners, and C-level executives.  The players around the table included an estate attorney, a consultative tax professional (CPA), a life insurance advisor, a high-end property and casualty insurance agent, and two comprehensive wealth management professionals.
