Our office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mountain) Monday through Thursday. We close at 4:00 PM (Mountain) on Friday. We will respond to messages left after business hours during the next business day.

We are happy to “meet” with you anywhere in the world via the phone and Internet. With clients located all over the country and traveling all over the world, this is a common way to meet. Phone/web meetings also make it possible for two external meeting participants in different locations to see customized documents real-time as an advisor presents them. So, you and your spouse can attend a phone/web meeting together, even if you are in different locations at the time of the meeting. If you have Internet access and a telephone nearby, the rest is simple.
Call us to schedule a meeting. First-time prospective clients who meet our qualification standards should call us to schedule a Pre-Discovery Call. This will lead into a Discovery Session and then a Gap Analysis & Remedy Session. Then and only then is it appropriate to consider a Mutual Commitment session to get started on our services. Since we are as selective about accepting new clients as new clients should be selective about hiring us, the three meeting “get-acquainted” process works well for all.
When meetings are phone/web, a day or two prior to the session, you will receive meeting materials via Federal Express. Also prior to the session, we will send you an email with a meeting link and we will call you on phone number(s) you specify. Answer our call and click on the link and we’ll be connected. It’s that easy. You will be amazed at the quality of sessions and may come to like them more than face-to-face sessions. This said, we have a state-of-the-art meeting facility and are happy to make arrangements for a meeting at our headquarters in Denver Colorado. We have clients across the country and would be happy to arrange a phone/web or Denver Headquarters session.
