The Total Client Profile
You may have heard, we have a robust proprietary process designed to really get to know what makes our clients tick, called the Total Client Interview.
The interview, organized into five categories and consisting of over 60-key questions (plus in-the-moment add-ons based upon client answers), has proven effective in really zeroing in on what’s behind important financial decisions, circumstances and goals.

Here at Janiczek Wealth Management, not only have we evolved this interview process, but we developed a digital tool to help our team members organize and refine your answers into a large 11” x 17” 1-Pager, called the Total Client Profile.
To emphasize emotions like love/passion, danger/worry, and attributes like increase/decrease and high priority, the tool has intuitive graphic accents that help make the 1-pager come alive. The wealth management client profile also integrates other innovations of ours like the Stages of Financial Freedom Roadmap that help illustrate your desired path forward. It’s common for us to hear, “you captured the essence of our life on 1-page.”
